客户不付样品费怎么办实例分享

这个客户之前有联络过一段时间,只是一直没有进展。这次还是按着老方法,给客户推我们另一种产品,发过pricing list后,过了一周的样子,这个期间我没有催,正打算催一下来着,客户就回信了

Dear Issac,
 I hope this email finds you well and I thank for the quotation sent to us last week.
 After an internal check, I am here to confirm that our Marketing team would be glad to receive your following samples in order to have the opportunity to evaluate them internally:  
这里是产品详细信息,就不列出来了
 Can you please let me know if it is available for a shipment to our attention?
 思量了一下,就回了如下的邮件给客户:
Hi S

Good to hearing from you ! 

Glad to know that you are interested in our 8 item samples

(因为很多客户把你的报价单截图出来,却不一定是要截图上的全部样品。别外也是提醒他们我是要提供这么多样品,样品费肯定也不少的。因为我不收嘛).  
Very glad to provide you samples without sample cost. 
We will send 1pc of each to your attention

(以防他们一款样品要好几个,我们本来就不收样品费,尽量自己先控制客户的潜在欲望先).
  If only a few items of them please let us know !
1. Are your express account available for this round samples shipment ? 
2. Please note the samples will be send out within 3 workding days after got your confirmation .
3. Here CC ours mail to our colleague K, who is in chare of samples and mass production. 
K, please note we need to send out samples to Ms S asap.  Speed up right away once we got Ms S confirmation.

(让客户觉得我们很重视他们。事实也的确如此。能秀的为什么不秀出来呢?)
 Ms S, Any question please do not hesitate to contact us any time !
Waiting for your confirmation !

其实也很快,客户第二天就回了邮件

 i thank You for your cooperation and I confirm You can find here below the address where to send them:

这里是客户提供的地址和具体联系人的联系方式
 As we will invest lots of time and money in order to test internally the samples, could You please arrange the shipment using your DHL account?

明显,客户是需要我们自己掏腰包的。对我们来说,这运费还是很贵,好几百块呢。原谅我们很穷的。想想老师讲过关于这方面的应对方法,所以就认真回了邮件

这里是我google的意大利问候语,大概就是你好呀之类的。管那么多,总之不会错。
 About 2 years ago, we sent many samples on our express accout to customer. As you know, for now, business going down year by year. A little cost like shipping cost is our account dept. problem now.  If your team can bear this cost is better for us! Please can you try one more time and let us know your comments about it ?  If your side really can not, personally, I have to bear the cost myself, not by company.  And i am glad to . (让客户有愧疚感 ,都是跟大师们学的,不能怪我)
 I make understanding that big company like ABC(客户公司名) must spent a lots of money and time on your project. Every step should be contrlled better.  Anyway, waiting for your confirmation asap.! Thank you for your great support !

发完邮件后,心里还在想,会不会这样,会不会那样。不过我的但心是多余的,第二天客户也是很干脆地回了邮件如下
Dear Issac,
 thank you for your email and attention.
I’m fine thank You J
 For this time only, please use our DHL account .
 With best regards,
