刚接手外贸工作 以前完全没有外贸经验，今天领导让我问客人索要样品，之前他过，可以免费，现在要求我继续，因为是液体，所以要国外的客人先和当地dhl一下是否可以发货，如果可以发货的话，请他们确认好运费并告知我方，如没有问题，可安排发货，我们可以承担dhl的运费，如果需要写明货值，请写5美金以下并且要求注明：免费商品，没有商业价值。 这样的一个英文邮件应该怎么写啊，求各位大侠帮忙哦！
